When will my order ship?
- Standard (non-engraved) orders typically ship within 1–3 business days
- Engraved orders ship within 3–5 business days
- Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST on a business day often ship that same day
How do I track my order?
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. If you haven't received it, check your spam or junk folder.
Shipping speeds:
- Ground Shipping: 3–5 business days after shipment
- Express (2-Day): Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day
- Overnight: Orders placed after 12:00 PM EST ship the next business day, arrive the day after
Weekend delivery is not available for Express or Overnight shipping. Orders placed after 11:30 AM EST on Friday (or over the weekend) begin processing on Monday.

Received a cancellation email?
Don't worry — if you received a "canceled" notification, it likely means your original shipping label was voided and replaced (due to a torn label, typo, or carrier adjustment). Your order is still on its way. Reach out to us if you'd like to confirm your new tracking number.
