Gift Cards:
Smithey gift cards are available for purchase at smithey.com and are delivered via email to the recipient. If a gift card hasn't arrived, check the recipient's spam or junk folder for an email from reply@mail.rise-ai.com.
Gift cards never expire and can be used on any purchase at smithey.com.
Gift Wrapping:
We do not currently offer gift wrapping services. However, all orders ship in discreet packaging — your Smithey will arrive in a plain box with no pricing information on the packing slip. The only branding visible is our company name on the shipping label's return address.
